More Info This solution has been developed for a large networking company based
in California, USA This web application was developed as an enhancement to the Microsoft
CRM features. The solution provided an add on module by bringing a user friendly
user interface and facilities to track the customer activities on services cases
/ requests. A case ticket is generated for each service call which is prioritised
and followed up till closure of the case. The application provides a Dashboard for
handling the Cases created.
