Set Up
This module allows to create your own Hotel and set the necessary parameters as per your own requirement. It also allows to add on new features or edit the parameters.
Front Office
The Front Office module handles the CheckIn, CheckOut registration and other services. You can also view complete information on guests, and different tariff plans.
Restaurant
The basic features of the restaurant module include the following: Multiple KOT and Billing. Master databases for Customer, Menu creation & Pricing, Tax applicable, Acceptable Credit Cards. System Security and User Management. Unlimited items per bill with continuous bills. Editing of bills to accommodate payments (based on security level). Bills can be settled in Cash / Credit Cards. Additional support features like calculator & calendar. Cancellation of bills. Hot access Keys.
HouseKeeping
This module, which can be customized to suit individual reqiurements, takes care of all the housekeeping activities of a hotel.
Laundry
The laundry module handles the laundry operations in a hotel. This module allows the setting of different rates for different cleaning methods. This module is linked to the front office and housekeeping.
Currency Exchange
This module takes care of conversion of International Currencies. You can enter the Buy rate and Sell rate of currencies on a daily basis. The system will automatically calculate the Buy Amount or Sell Amount based on the daily rate entered and the amount given by the guest. This facility is available to currently checked in guests. Reports are also generated which shows the daily transactions.
EPABX
The customization of this module is fully dependent on the input/output format information supplied by the EPABX vendor. It can directly post the call entries to the guest bill. The features offered in this module are: Continuous online data capture from EPABX Telephone calls history. Room wise telephone call details. Extension wise, room wise report. Tariff Maintenance for ISD, STD, Local and inter-dialing calls Options to change the pulse rates, long calls and short calls.
Inventory
All the products are divided into the following groups: Production Items - items related to the kitchen. Electrical and Maintenance Items. House Keeping Items. purchase order is issued for each product exclusive of the group. Indents are received from various centres like departments, electrical, kitchen and bar, for the respective type of products.
Financial Accounting
This module deals with cash/bank, receipts/payments, journal vouchers etc. Various books of accounts are maintained using this module. Books like cash book, bank book and ledgers can be generated. This module also generates reports like trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
