The web based features enables the faculty, students as well as the management
to interact ctively. Students services is enhanced by allocating user name and
password whereby they can view their marklists, attendance, syllabus, important
notes and other information related to their course on the browser.
The application generates various reports useful to the management, faculty or
an end user each module separately. Any specific report can be customized as
per client requirement. Depending on the type of user access, provision is
given on the Intranet to view reports rately for student, faculty, management
or general staff.Provision for Internet reports for parents/guardians to view
their student status on fees, schedules, exams results, internal and external
marks, attendance is provided and can be viewed on the internet.
The security levels can be administered to three levels. The management has the
option to set the user rights of an end user depending on the role and job
responsibility, which can be limited to the specific form(s) or report(s).
