| Logistics Company decides to outsource development and support to Kott |

The IT team setup for this company was to develop their in house logistics applications in Microsoft.NET platform and remotely manage delivery and maintenance of servers. Cochin, India: Dec.12.2003-- Kott Software which won the prestigious contract to computerise the Dept of Posts, Govt of India Philately Department few months ago has successfully implemented the software solution at General Post Office, Head Office. Under the contract Kott Software was to develop a full fledged internet based ordering system, facility to open accounts online with the department, facility to check account balances etc. The Head office was implementation with Treasury, Sales Order Management, Accounting modules which was integrated online with the Internet based system. This is a first of its kind project for the Dept. of Posts and its successfully implementation has proven that traditional government houses are fast adopting the latest information technology solutions. Director of Postal Services, Central Region, Kerala Mr.Shibu M Job, IPS highly appreciates the web application provided and says "Kott Software has delivered a quality solution on time, their solution has allowed online opening of philately deposit accounts and integration with philately department software also provided by them".
