- 2-3 years of strong experience in JSP, Tomcat and Struts
- 3-4 years experience in relational database Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL
- 1-2 years of experience in XML
- 2-3 years software design experience using UML
- Must have developed Session and Entity beans
- Must have lead team of size of at least 6-8 and good project management skills
- Knowledge of ISO / CMMI standards and processes is desirable.

The ideal candidate should have

- 2- 6 years of Java / J2EE / Oracle development experience.

- Experience in Weblogic / Websphere, XML and CSS is a plus
- Experience in developing large web based distributed systems is a plus
